Here is a fun little project which seems destined to yield a small robot battle arena. The Bristlebot takes advantage of the angled toothbrush bristles to create a forward motion vibrating bot. It reminds me of the classic football game with the vibrating playing field, in which you would set up elaborate plays using little directional switches on the players, and then set them in motion with a switch to vibrate the playing field. They never seemed to yield the expected results.
