The Science Museum website might be experiencing the Digg hammer right now so the site may be sinking rapidly, but check back, it’s pretty fun.

This has to be one of the most retarded “news” reports I’ve ever seen…and I’ve seen quite a few. He then rather bravely faces the wrath of the chimney owner…taking a few bottles to the face. This is some damn funny classic TV entertainment, but I wouldn’t call it “news”. The over enthusiastic eager beaver “news” reporter is almost as funny as the drunk dufus.

Tecktonik is apparently all the rage in France these days! I confess I missed the boat on this one, and I will have to simply try to do what I can to spread the disease, in my defense Oregon is a long way from France…physically speaking. It looks to me as if these kids are playing Dance Dance Revolution except…without the ACTUAL game itself. They seem to be taking the rave party from the secretive late fly by night illegal warehouse, right out into the bright day light of the streets of France. It’s fun to see kids so uninhibited and..well having fun with music, some of them can probably dance, but that definitely doesn’t seem to be a requirement. Maybe this is doing what punk rock did for us with music…freeing us from the reliance on technical prowess! There does seem to be some moshing without the mosh pit going on? I don’t speak a word of French, which is a shame, so maybe someone can fill me in on the details…

Wow…if this is the attack robot of the future I don’t think we cowboys have much to worry about…it’s slow, wobbly, and you need a full crash suit to operate it, which indicates it may just fall over on it’s own at any given second. That being said I really love the cockpit shots of it rambling slowly along lording over the puny traffic below…you can see the appeal of such a thing. I think the artsy deathbots of SRL would take this thing apart in a NY minute.
