Monday, December 10th, 2007You got to hand it to the Japanese, they never hold back when it comes to taking things to the extreme. I remember way back being blown away by the film Tetsuo The Iron Man, a completely insane cyberpunk masterpiece filled with some of the most ahead of it’s time insane effects I’d ever seen. This Machine Girl film certainly takes a few tips from Tetsuo and other great Japanese cinema as well as maybe some Grindhouse mixed in. Over the top gore, revenge, ninjas, TEMPURA, cute Asian school girls, and a drill bra…could be the greatest film ever created!

Do you have any idea how much work I put into my costume? It took me almost 3 hours to do the makeup alone. Every detail painstakingly thought of and completed, right down to the little scratches on the hands and the grazings and cuts on the arms and legs.
