I remember the first time I heard the infamous 7 words you can’t say on radio and tv. I was in elementary school and my best buddy Lee had invited me over to listen to comedy albums. We often spent time listening to Richard Pryor, Steve Martin, Cheech & Chong, and other popular 70′s comedy. We had to share headphones when we put on the Carlin so as not to alert the adults as we imbibed the filthy language. Much more than a comedian…or perhaps just the perfect embodiment of what a comedian should be, sharp wit, cultural and political discourse, and not afraid to step over the line into danger.
